This Privacy Policy explains how AI Photo Prompts (the website https://aiphotoprompts.in and the official Android app LotaMota AI Prompts) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our services. We are committed to being transparent and keeping things simple.

What this service is
We provide a free library of ready-made AI photo, poster, and portrait prompts. Users can browse, search, like, save, share, and copy prompts. We do not generate AI images on our servers. We do not require you to create an account or log in on the website. We do not sell personal data.

Information we collect

1. Information you give us

   • Contact form submissions: name, email address, reason for contact, and message. We store these so we can reply to you.
   • Optional information you choose to share when contacting us.

2. Information collected automatically

   • Visitor identifier cookie (lm_vid): a simple identifier stored so we can remember your likes and saved prompts across sessions. This is not linked to your real name or email.
   • Basic technical data: device type, browser type, operating system, approximate location derived from IP address (used only for analytics and security), page views, referrer URL, and which prompts you view, like, copy, or save.
   • Server logs may temporarily contain your IP address for security and abuse prevention.
   • Theme preference (light or dark) and app-download popup cooldown are stored in your browser’s localStorage. These stay on your device.

3. Android app additional data

   • Device model and a device identifier may be sent for basic analytics and to improve the app.
   • The same principles apply: we do not create user accounts and we do not sell this data.

How we use the information

• To operate the website and app (remembering likes and saved prompts).
• To reply to contact form messages.
• To understand which prompts are popular and improve the library.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
• To show relevant Google AdSense advertisements (if approved and enabled).
• To measure overall usage so we can decide what to improve.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

When you copy a prompt and open it in Google Gemini, ChatGPT, or any other AI tool, or when you visit the Google Play Store, you leave our website/app. Those services have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for their practices.

We also use:

• Bunny.net (or similar CDN) for serving images
• Google Fonts
• Font Awesome / cdnjs for icons
• Hosting provider infrastructure
• Google services for fonts, potential analytics, and AdSense

These third parties may process limited technical data under their own policies.

Children’s privacy
AI Photo Prompts is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
